End of contract deal cancelled without any notification when player became staff

Hello, do you have a save file from just before this happened you could send us?

 

I've added a save from before the offer to sign was made (buffon save.fm)

To repro:

Approach Buffon to sign as a player

When the deal is confirmed either wait until the transfer window opens again - the deal won't go ahead - or keep checking in transfer centre and after a week or two the deal disappears
