    Title - Can't get work permit for Reserve Team Staff

    - Gave contracts to 4 Reserve Team Staff

    Steps to Reproduce

    - I have uploaded a save game called "Russell Siew - FC RB Salzburg staffs contracts offered.fm"
    - Sim to 7/8 Oct but they are still not offered work permits.

    By chance do you have a save file prior to making the offer? It reproduces on our end, and unfortunately we suspect that it might be down to the custom database, but we'd need a save before the offers are made to be sure.
