"Scouting Update" messages in inbox - cannot click Full Scout Player

This could well be because they are already fully scouted. If not could you provide us with some screenshots and your save so we can take a look, thank you.

 

 

I have uploaded a screenshot to the ownCloud called "Fully Scouting Player" and my save file "Gareth Mills - Southampton". 

The screenshot shows that I cannot click the Fully Scout Player button but I have not yet fully scouted them as if I right click on the player and go to Report, I can select Fully Scout Player. This is the case for every single player in my save so far
