    Players that show up when you set transfer interest to "doubtful" are 100% completely disinterested in even entertaining discussions. Doubtful players, by definition, are not fully committed to being opposed but should be willing to hear you out, even if they then reject what you offer.

    Scouted the players to see what their expected wage demands would be to ascertain if they really are out of range or not (their disinterest is because they don't think I can afford them, which is very frustrating - they should just enter negotiations and then reject them if you actually can't afford them), and I keep getting a red N/A for some reason...

    Did what I did in the other related bugs to test - gave myself 1,000,000 extra euro and put it all in my wage budget, just to see. He *still* thinks we don't have enough money to even *discuss* a contract, so there's definitely something wrong here.
