Hello guys!
Not sure if this is indeed a bug. However, any time a scout highlights a player's card for my attention in the scouting centre, the player is always "fully" scouted. I recall in previous versions that most players presented to me early in the game (just started a new career as Liverpool) usualy, if not always, had the option to continue scouting.
Can you clarify, please?
