Cymru Premier play offs seem to be entering the Welsh Cup winner, but shouldn't be as they've already qualified for Europe
In this example. Connah's Quay won in 2022/23
Then the league table, so then the play offs should include only Caernarfon, Newtown, Haverfordwest and Flint Town

Similar results should happen if the Welsh Cup winner had already qualified for Europe, then it's the next placed side that gets the spot.
In the 2023/24 season, then the play offs were not run at all. Likely from a too low European coefficient. However, in real life 2021/22 season still had the play offs but the winner entered the Scottish Challenge Cup.
This was instead of the Cymru Premier Runners Up entering the competition.
