I was able to sign multiple players to U22 Initiative contracts, despite the game telling us you can only sign 2
Their cap hit applies correctly, making it an insanely cheap tactic to just sign expensive u22 players, at minimum cap hits
simple to reproduce, just start a new game, sign all of your academy generated player to maximum salary u22 contracts, and try to register them
