    The Uruguayan league structure has an opening league & closing league with an average points table.

    The team at the top of the average points table makes the "Final" (Champion's Playoff). The teams that win the Opening & Closing tournament play the Semi-final for the right to play against the Average points winner in the final.

    However, if the average points table winner also won the opening or closing phase, they can win the league directly through the Semi-final. If they win, there is no Champion's Playoff. If they lose, both teams go to the Champion's Playoff and the Average Points winner gets another shot.

    In FM23, the Champion's Playoff winner gets $1 million USD. But this is NOT awarded if you win the league via the Semifinal, or if you win the league by winning both the Opening+Closing stage and the average points table, in which case you are automatically crowned league champion.

    The prize money needs to be changed to be properly awarded to the league winner no matter how they achieve it. There are 3 different ways to win the league so this might be hard, but the league is annoying to play in while it's like this.

    Reality is not exactly like that.
    There's an average table, yes, but only used for relegation purposes [ (current season points + previous season points) / (current season matches played + previous season matches played).

    Then, theres Apertura, Intermedio and Clausura. The sum of those three is the Annual Table.
    Apertura winner, Clausura winner and Annual table winner battles for the championship.

    Regarding the bug reported, I haven't tested it.
    Would be great if you can provide a savegame before the season ends, specially before Clausura winners gets determined.
