So I'm playing Barcelona and just qualified for the RO 16 phase in the Champions League and just as I was about to watch the draw I saw a fan poll which was showing which clubs our fans would prefer to face. The #1 answer was Sevilla. In this case, they shouldn't be an eligible option as we are two teams from the same country. Same league match restrictions are lifted after this round.
I should note that, during the draw once Sevilla were picked it did show Barcelona and other Spanish teams who finished 1st in their groups as not eligible. (Sevilla finished 2nd).
