Asian Champions league
Each Playoff team should not drawn to same group. Because they are seeding to same pot. (See 2022 Draw live at 17:42) but in FM, they can be drawn same group.
I think FM doesn't check 'pot' for draw. Of course, FM doesn't check Team licence issue - North Korea team attend Champions league. but basic seeding rule should be considered.
Referring to the draw for 2021 and 2022, the port allocation should be as follows:
Pot 1 - (West / East) Assocation Rank #1-4's League #1 team, (West / East) Assocation Rank #1's League #2 team.
Pot 2 - (West / East) Assocation Rank #2-4's League #2 team, (West / East) Assocation Rank #1-2's League #3 team.
Pot 3 - (West / East) Assocation Rank #6-10's League #1 team
Pot 4 - (West / East) Assocation Rank #5's League #1 team, Play Off winners

ACC have similar problem for Asian Champions league. FM doesn't considering pots and Playoff team can be drawn same group.
it also have problem Group Naming Issue . Each Zone have Group A, B, C. but it should be contiguous group names regardless of zone. For example, South Zone should Start Group D. I guess FM23 applied flexible count of group for South, Central, East Zone. but It should be fixed.
