Default folder does not change

Just to mention that I tried this classic method: 

 

The folder refuses to change.

Can you give examples what you have changed it to, and whether this is still an issue on 23.0.5?

Hello everyone,

Same problem here since I upgraded my Mac to OS Ventura. I can't choose my data folder in Preferences  (on an external hard drive)

First, you can see that in the game preferences it reads the external hard drive (Elements) but not the folders inside. In the second image, you can see, on Finder, that the folder is in fact inside the external hard drive.

I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling FM23.
