Following the conclusion of my World Cup 2026 qualifying campaign with Singapore, I definitely achieved the Singapore FA's goal, which was to "Be competitive" - I missed out on a spot in the next round on goal difference, and against two superior opponents in Uzbekistan and Saudi Arabia.
However, I then got an email from the Singapore FA telling me that while they were pleased we were competitive, they warned me that they'll be searching for my replacement if performances don't improve? We drew with both Saudi Arabia and Uzbekistan and narrowly missed out.
Furthermore, even though they are apparently "pleased", how come their happiness with my performance in the qualifiers is only 45%? I don't understand what more they could've expected of me, especially when I certainly met their targets.
I've attached images of the table, confidence, and email assessing my performance. The save file has been uploaded under the name 'singapore rtg.fm'.
