Code of conduct not in place

Hello, do you have a save file from pre-season you can send us? If not, can you send us your current save file, thank you. 

 

 

Hey, I've had the same exact issue happen to me where I started a new save and fired pretty much all of my staff in order to bring news ones in, so the usual inbox message that comes in asking me to do the code of conduct never showed up.
