BVB Texas and Barca Residency

Honestly it's more of a licensing agreement for a lot of those youth clubs in North America, I think they just buy the rights to the Barca or BVB name (for example) and *might* get some kind of help with like coaching manuals (if even that)

It's still a partnership nonetheless, and should be reflected in the game. If you type in "Barca Residency" into Google it mentions their partnership in-depth with FC Barcelona through various sources. However, I can't say the same for BVB Texas and you are probably right about just it being a simple licensing agreement in that case.
