    There is a mix-up based on something that was lost in translation where Independiente are owed a % from Rangers for any money made on Morelos when in-fact they are owed a % of what Helsinki make from their sell-on. 
     

    This makes the current sell-on to be 24% of the total future fee, which is not the case.

    It was widely reported in Colombia that Medellin still have an active clause which carried over when he transferred from HJK to Rangers. Researchers from Colombia have also requested this be added and provided evidence in the form of quotes from officials at Medellin.

    Likely won't ever find out if he leaves for nothing at the end of the season.
