    Volpato represents Italy at the youth level, and is provisionally cap locked(4 caps and 2 goals at the U19 Euro). He most recently has represented the U20s, and has 2 caps and 1 goal.     In database Italy is already his first nation, with Australia as second, so he just chose the latter in your savegame. We're now considering setting Italy as declared nation to avoid this. Thanks

    The problem is he hasn't actually decided on Italy over Australia yet. He isn't cap-locked either as he had Australian nationality prior to gaining his underage caps with Italy. I'd suggest leaving him unlocked to represent his current status and the quotes he has made.
