Raised this last year, still exists this year.

AXA Training Centre is rated as State Average and Environment Basic. Confusing for a brand new world class facility.image.thumb.png.8ed6e7a3742f4412460722b2615a8ca1.png

Yeah, a bit confusing this. These two attributes are the same as the shambles over at Man United!

I took a look at all the PL clubs, and there doesn't seem to be a correlation between "environment" attribute and "state" attribute. For example, clubs like Arse and Spurs have "state of the art" environment and "average" state. While clubs like Wolves and Everton have "basic" environment and "very good" state. The only PL clubs who score above average for both these two attributes are Leicester, Crystal Palace, and Man City.

I was wondering if "environment" could have any relation to the climate. If that's the case, then it doesn't make sense that Man City have a "high end" environment, while their neighbour Man United are two notches below at a "basic" environment.

A quick glance at the training grounds of some of the other top clubs in Europe reveal no pattern. Would be nice if SI could clarify what training ground "environment" and "state" really means.
