Unable to change kit colour on Create a Club

Once you have selected a team on create a club, several teams below have multiple kits which dont allow you to chnage the colour:

Teams Affected:

Barclays Premier League

Man City
Man UTD

Liverpool

Chelsea

I have tested this both on a Windows PC and a Imac from 2019, and get the same results.
