After agreeing to sign youth players from the inital youth intake announcement, upon progressing to them signing (as Paris Saint-Germain the intake announcement to sign them was March 10th 2023 and they signed the day after completing a match on the 12th when the achievement popped) caused the Second hand signing achievement to pop despite not signing another players player or being in a network save game.
This save is not a Network game and has only 1 manager in it.
I have made one completed signing previous to this and the achievement related to first signing popped as intended. There is two pending signings but they are to be completed in July 2023. (one free transfer and other contractual stipulation met)
The only other purchasing players Achievement I have is the sign first player achievement (as my only signing was £45 million). I do not have the £50mil or record signing achievement.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
- Boot FM23 on Steam PC
- Start game as PSG
- Proceed to March 10th 2023 for the youth intake announcement
- Quickly give all top or good youth players contracts
- Proceed through game until youth player signed contract news item appears via continue
- Observe achievement popped on news item of youth players signing contract
