Can't join back in online save

Hello, can we ask if you cant find the save game as in the file to load, or they cant find the lobby when looking for the lobby in the join online lobby screen?

They can't find the lobby when they go to join online game

Hello, can we ask the host of the save to check their online preferences by clicking on FM menu button > preferences > online preferences.

Then change the preference to either friends only or anyone. Create an easy name for the lobby so the clients can search for it. Also make sure every user is on the latest version of the game. If you are doing cross play make sure all users have enabled cross play permissions.

Yes, those are the hosts preferences and I make sure to write down the name and password, everyone is on the latest version of the game and we all play on steam
