B team/reserves has two names in different menues when created club.

Could you upload a save file for us, please?

And in what menus are they different?

 

The calender shows original name instead of the created club.

The match summary screen shows like in the pictures above.

and certain emails show the wrong team name when refering to the reserve team.

(keep in mind this name bug has been in previous versions of FM since the create club came.)

And lastly plz look into why i cant create a club in the Norway lowest divition 4th when it is included in the database as playable.
