In-Game Editor Bug: Force Player Transfer Always Ends Up Being A Free.

Only change to the DB was editing Napoli's real name using the Pre-Game editor. 

I started a new save unemployed with the default DB. I tried to force a transfer on a player randomly and it's still happening. It doesn't look like a save specific issue. I can see that after I enter the Transfer Fee amount and then click the OK button, the transfer fee amount immediately defaults back to zero before the windows disappears. It's not saving.

I see what the issue is. For the Transfer Fee, I was always using commas. Instead of $15,000,000 the Editor can only translate 15000000.

 

Sorry for the confusion. I've never used this feature before.
