"Extra U21/U22 National Subs after all other subs have been made" doesn't seem to work

Hello, we have been unable to reproduce this internally.

Could we have some more information on how you're using the rule?

Also, could you attach an editor file where it doesn't work as expected?

FILES UPLOADED: SWEDEN U22 SUB NOT WORKING.fmf(editor file) and Andreas Eriksson - Elfsborg U22 sub test.fm(game file)

I put in into Sweden > Fixture Rules > Rules 0 > Squad Selection Rules

This is what happens when I used another option other than Less does not work(as stated in the OT)

Ahmed Qasem and Ondrejka are both U22 and as you can see, I have 2 stoppages left.
