UEFA Nations League

Hello, we don't use the real life groups for the UEFA Nations League.

I find that odd. What's the reasoning behind that?

Usually if we're not using something the way it is in real life it would come down to a licensing issue. I can't remember if its still the case or not, but even fixture lists were something that had to be licensed at one time and may still be.

I know the WC has the correct teams and groups in the game. So I thought the Nations league would have had their correct groups etc
