Player acquires trait via mentoring even though 'estimated effect from group' is shown as 'none'

Note that this is from FM22 - has it perhaps been fixed in FM23?

In FM22 it happens quite frequently -- 2/3 times a season. It just happened again in another save. Pellegrini acquired a trait from Gagliardini even though his estimated effect from group is 'none'.

 

I uploaded a save named 'FM22_AS Roma_player_trait' -- not sure if it actually finished the upload as I lost the connection at some point.
