Can we ask however many recruitment focuses you have set and how many players you have in your shortlist, thank you.

I have 24 focuses and 14 in my shortlist. 

While we continue to investigate, we'd recommend lowering the amount of recruitment focuses you have running.

In fact, could you please send us your save file, it would be useful to look over, thank you.

We believe this is an issue we resolved in one of our previous updates, but do let us know if you ever spot it again.
