When drawing a round of the Carabao Cup after hitting the Start Draw the first match home team selection box appeared followed by the name of the first team drawn. After the countdown timer reached the point the away team was drawn. the timer then moved on eventually presenting the box for the home team for the second match followed by the name of the home team. The process cycled through to show the second away team box but when the team was selected it immediately dismissed the second match and moved on to the third match without disclosing the name of the team. This happened in subsequent matches until the draw was complete.
