  • Transfer Expenditure Issue

    I have started a new save with Arsenal and I have selected the option where there is no transfer window at the very start. However, I am 6 days into the save (actual game time - not time played) and I have noticed that £22,000,000 has come out of the club's financials labelled as 'Transfer Expenditure'.

    I just wanted to check if this is actually correct as I know for a fact we haven't made any new transfers yet due to the transfer window being closed at the start as mentioned before. Could it be that this expenditure is coming from exisiting transfer clauses the club has to make? I've uploaded some screenshots below.

    I had the same problem with Man Utd. It continued billing me every month with transfer expenditures. I never had a month were I wasn't in the red. It eventually drove me to a negative balance of over 100 million. It wasn't until June when I got sponsorship money that I eventually got in the positive again. Hopefully this gets fixed soon.

    Hi, this will likely be from existing clauses. Do you have a save file from before the money was paid? Then the clauses can be seen on Transfers -> Clauses page.
