  • Too many youth players poached from worse teams

    I'm the manager of a Serie A team, 5th in the League last season (only two games played in this one, both won) and playing UEL.

    In 12 months 3 different clubs (Bologna, Sassuolo, Verona) poached my youth players and this makes no sense at all since:

    MY CLUB: 3.5 STARS reputation | TOP PART of the Serie A table | playing UEL | EXCELLENT youth recruitment | EXCELLENT youth facilities | GOOD academy coaching

    BOLOGNA: 3.5 STARS reputation  | BOTTOM PART of the Serie A table | NO European competition | GOOD youth recruitment | GREAT youth facilities | GOOD academy coaching

    SASSUOLO: 3.5 STARS reputation | TOP PART of the Serie A table| playing UECL | GOOD youth recruitment | STATE OF THE ART youth facilities | GOOD academy coaching

    VERONA: 3.5 STARS reputation | BOTTOM PART of the Serie A table | NO European competition | AVERAGE youth recruitment | GOOD youth facilities | ADEQUATE academy coaching

    I can understand the Sassuolo one, but the other two makes no sense at all. They are worse clubs than mine and have worse facilities. And since this is so frequent why I never steal someone else's youth player?

    You need to fix this 'cause is actually a joke.

    Do you have a save from just prior to an unrealistic poaching? We'll investigate and see if there's anything going on, but bare in mind it's not always simply about going to a bigger club.
