  • Medical Issues with Loaned Out Players

    A player I had loaned out got a serious medical issue.  They suggested that he would be treated by me and then returned if he recovered.  That part is all fine, but I wasn't actually given control of his treatment. 

     

    One option I was shown was to send him to a specialist for 5K Euro and that this would reduce this recurring.  I was unable to select it.  Also it told me I couldn't treat him with injections (not that I would in this case) because I wasn't the controlling club, but he is my player that I loaned out.  It seems to just look at whether the player is loaned out at all and not who did the loaning.     

    Additionally when I recalled him, I wasn't actually able to choose his course of treatment.  The game actually still lists him as awaiting treatment (Maybe I will get another message tomorrow), but I was unable to choose it and I am already supposed to be talking to him about his injury.  34355184_Screenshot(2).thumb.png.27f14ddff44f405b515af87a304e83ea.png

    Is there any news on this issue? I'm having the same issue, I cancelled the loan to tream him by myself (as recommended) but now appears "awaiting treatment" and I can't do anything about that. Days after that he still doesn't have and estimated date for return as he is still awaiting treatment. I reviewed all the medical center and the profile of the player and I didn't find any option to choose treatment. Please help!

    We never did get a save file I'm afraid so couldn't investigate it via the OP. Could you provide yours and we can take a closer look?

    I realize this is way late.   (I realized when looking at my posts for FM 24) I missed this.  I have uploaded the save in the event it might help you still with FM 24.  (I realize this is FM 23, but maybe the code is related here).

    That was my closest save to the event.
