Playing as Chester, going into a game you get the pre-match screen - recommended changes (this works) , change your mentality, etc.
If you change your mentality from the standard one for your tactic, in my case the standard mentality is Cautious, so in my last game I'm playing a team well below us in the table, it recommends we switch to positive. I click this. However when the game starts we are shown as having a Cautious mentality. It's no bother to change it, but I shouldn't have to.
