  • Scouts stuck in " partial-time" only contracts in " big club"

    I'm playing with Vitória Sport Club ( also known as Vitória de Guimarães) a top 5 team from Portugal League, probably 4th biggest club in portugal and the game simply doesn't let me offer full time contracts to any scout. This should happen already in first season due to how big the club is but not even after very good leagues and Europa League runs , it's simply never change. 

    Is there any way to fix this ?
