This just shows ignorance. ammount of players have 0 impact on game processing speed, playable leagues are the thing that matters for processing. Most player might take a few seconds when you make a player search and that's it. HAVE LITERALLY 0 impact on processing speed. -

Mine is 0-20 because I play in portuguese, I just change to english to see if it's easier to people help here. in english is letter system like you have, but I just can't turn it on again. -

As you can see, I no longer have scout reccomendation score (0 - 20 ) and I can't get it for anything in this world. Tried to manual configure the view, even tried to start a new save, it's just impossible to get. Anyone can help ?

I'm playing with Vitória Sport Club ( also known as Vitória de Guimarães) a top 5 team from Portugal League, probably 4th biggest club in portugal and the game simply doesn't let me offer full time contracts to any scout. This should happen already in first season due to how big the club is but not even after very good leagues and Europa League runs , it's simply never change. Is there any way to fix this ?
