The scout report shows that Southampton are unwilling to sell a player mid-season. I'm playing as Southampton and I therefore obviously don't own the player
If you need the save file, I'll try to work out where it's saved and then upload it to the cloud.
Steps To Reproduce:
Scouted Arezo and Barco, had this issue - currently can only see on players that play for teams that are mid-season in the first few days of a save.
