I can't put this in the "Crash, Technical Issues and Game Performance Support Portal", because there's not an option to make a new post there, but because it secondarily relates to the Pre-Game Editor. I'm putting it here. I've modified the Nation Rules of England, it verifies fine, but when I try to create a new save game with England and the Editor Data, when getting to the setting up league and cup competitions stage, just over half way through the progress bar, the game crashes. I've found this issue not just with this editor data, but even the most smallest of changes to any nation's rules in Advanced Rules. I've attached my crash dump and the supplied image, and uploaded the database file that caused this crash (England Changes - BFC) with your OwnCloud Service, simply because it has some personal info in regard to Custom Players, I'd rather not share publicly.
Steps To Reproduce:
Try to create a new save game with the supplied editor, loading only England.
