    I can see that FM 2022 dont have young talents enough so as you can see there is too many old players who is 33+ and in biggest clubs play major part what is too much unrealistic.

     

    German-28 players are 33+

    serie A 77 players 33+

    Premiership- 65 players

    France- 64 players 33+

    Spain-99 players 33+

    Total 5277 players are 33+ players... just anoying... and new talents are very rare

    I know :-D MY point is how many old players are still in play.. what is not realistic...

    I don’t understand the issue? Players of higher rep leagues can sustain most of their attributes without massive decline. Yeah, the amount of players at that age are a bit much but the AI is bad to say the least at squad building, something which is more of an issue tbh lol

    i uploaded karijera (v02) (v02).fm is file, you can see how much there is old player in major clubs have big role...and look on wage of players there are too much players with wage 200 000+ what is unrealistic
