This is a small thing, but the descriptions for Average and Adequate are in different orders for junior coaching and youth recruitment.
I had a look and played with the editor and the results show it. Putting it in spoilers just in case.

As you can see here junior coaching is Average from 6 to 9, and then Adequate from 10 to 13, while youth recruitment is Adequate from 9 to 11 and Average from 12 to 14. While the steps are different all the way Average is higher in one and Adequate is higher in the other and that should probably at least follow the same sequence.
