Took a scottish team from 4th tier to champions league group stage. Youth Recruitment seems bugged.
In game editor disabled for save, unsure if this can be fixed. I ask every month and they always turn me down no matter what I do. Yet they will spend millions on training facilities. Has to be a bug right?
I wonder if there's a way to hack the save to change this. I've heard similar problems people just changed the youth recrutiment from lvl 1 to 2 and it worked normally from there on out.
Kind of a bummer to play a save this long and have no way to improve this.
