Spanish Federation Second Group - Promotion Playoffs

Could you provide a save file for us to look into, please? Ideally before you qualify for the playoffs if possible?

 

Replying to reactivate the thread - at the same point of the next season, and having the same issue. When the promotion playoff finally appeared on my schedule in the previous season, I wound up having most of my squad on end of season break.

Promotion playoff never scheduled. No way to cancel squad end of season break.

This happened in the previous season, too. The playoff did eventually schedule, but my squad were all on vacation. Seems broken.
