    Promotion playoff never scheduled. No way to cancel squad end of season break. This happened in the previous season, too. The playoff did eventually schedule, but my squad were all on vacation. Seems broken.

    Replying to reactivate the thread - at the same point of the next season, and having the same issue. When the promotion playoff finally appeared on my schedule in the previous season, I wound up having most of my squad on end of season break.
