Missing National Cup

It's normal that some Croatian Second Division teams don't enter the cup, as the selection criteria isn't exactly straightforward.

If you still think there's an issue with your team not participating after reading that, let me know and I'll investigate further.  

So as i understand Football Manager also somehow calculates those points? Interesting, didn't know about this. Still feels weird that my team playing in second division don't have a chance to play it.

Definitely not the norm for cup competitions across other countries so can definitely see why it would cause some confusion! 

But hopefully over time, if you continue to be successful, you'll always find yourself involved.
