Apologies if already posted/known or is in the wrong place.
Started a new game with no qualifications/experience applied for the managers position with Cefn Druids and I immediately got offered an interview with Newcastle United.
Followed through to see if I'd get offered the position but I was unsuccessful.
So I reloaded the save, did the same thing and got offered it again.
Steps To Reproduce:
Started new game, No experience and applied for the Cefn Druids manager positions. Get offered a Newcastle United Role
