Hey,
Both AI and Player defenders are clustering around one or two players which then leaves multiple people open. Namely the AMR/L is left wide open in the penalty area. 
In the screenshot above you can see my player Kempf is clustered around Leipzig's number 33 leaving Nkunku wide open. In this screenshot you can also see my players number 31 and 24 are clustered around Leipzig's number 27 leaving number 16 open. What is most concerning about this is I have a tight marking OI for the most forward wide players (Nkunku is playing AMR and should marked tightly).
The next two screen shots occurred earlier in the same game and are a progression. You can see multiple clusters of defenders. Numbers 37 and 24 are clustered around number 27. Numbers 15 and 16 are around 11. More worrisome is the second screenshot where Andre Silva (#33) has the ball. Kempf leaves his man to go cluster around a well defended SIlva, which leaves Nkunku wide open.
Here is Kempf's card. He is an above average Bundeliga Central Defender. No reason he should be leaving his man like that.
Oddly enough, I noticed this bug earlier today watching Lollujo play. You can see in this goal Newcastle's defenders are all clustered around the same players. You have 5 AI defenders around 3 players leaving Partey absolutely wide open. Here's a link to the goal in question: https://youtu.be/gb2c4VRQLeI?t=648.
Steps To Reproduce:
Player or AI needs to be player with AMR/L. Just watch the defender behavior and you'll see the clusters.
