  • Held a team meeting and got an odd reaction

    After the pre-season and the first game, which I won all of, I held a team talk, since the morale was only decent.

    I only had one option to say to the team; something akin of praising the recent form.

    Well, naturally, it being the only option I chose it.

    One of the players was wary (orange) and the rest were neutral (grey). The wary player commented: "The things you are asking are a bit unrealistic".

    I didn't ask anything. Well, out of fear that that orange player could affect the morale to go even lower, I chose to back down (I don't know what I backing down from). Then all the players reacted to red and the morale went to shambles.

    Apologies for the delay but we struggled to get this reproduced in house. We'd need a save file before the meeting, if you still have that or any further examples? :)
