Before you do anything, we'd very much suggest reading our Technical FAQ

This will provide you with a number of troubleshooting techniques that will likely solve your issue without having to wait for a response here.

If you've tried everything as listed in the above FAQ, please create your OWN thread in the Crashes forum, even if you think the issue is the same as someone else's.

    On PC

    For Crash Dumps:

    - Attach the crash dump file to the post (by default the crash dump file can be located at C:\Users\<YOUR WINDOWS USERNAME>\Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2022\crash dumps)
    - Let us know exactly what happened when the game crashes
    - If the crash reproduces (so you can get it to happen again by doing the same), please upload the save game to our Cloud Service and let us know the file name and any information relevant to the crash (in-game date, what you did).

For 'Quit Unexpectedly' or Other Crashes which do not produce crash dump files:

    - Please attach your DxDiag to the post - instructions on how to do so here - https://support.sega.com/hc/en-gb/articles/4409224957073-How-to-Find-my-system-DxDiag-system-information

    On Mac

For all types of crashes on Mac

    - Slightly different on Mac as it may not produce a crash dump
    - Crash Files and log files can be located at (~/Library/Appplication Support/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2022/crash dumps), please attach them to the thread if they are there
    - If the crash reproduces (so you can get it to happen again by doing the same), please upload the save game to our Cloud Service and let us know the file name and any information relevant to the crash (in-game date, what you did).
    - Also worth providing your System Info for us to check. Instructions on how to find your System Info details - https://support.sega.com/hc/en-gb/articles/4409224957073-How-to-Find-my-system-DxDiag-system-information

Always remember the more information you provide the better it'll be for us to be able to quickly fix it. Thanks.
