Just finished playing a league fixture. Going through the inbox fine, open up the press conference and answer the first 2 questions normally but the whole game crashes my computer on the 3rd question. Repeated this twice and its happened every time at the exact same point.
Currently using Ipswich Town in League 1 and the date is 23rd Nov 2021 during my first season of the save. My save file was just before the game so after repeating this twice i decided to save the game after playing the match but before the press conference. The crash still happened but this time it also corrupted that save file as the game was unable to load it after. Thankfully i had a backup that works but its the save before the match.
Tried this again to see if i can skip the press conference and if the game will continue normally or still crash.. sent my assistant and the game seems to be working fine again. So the crash seems to be directly linked with the press conference screen itself.
