In the staff responsibilities I have set my reserves and u19 managers to arrange a friendly if no fixture during the week. I've gone a month into pre season and both the reserves and u19 are yet to arrange a single friendly. This means my youth and reserve players don't gain any match sharpness during pre season which is a big problem. I think this is a bug, I don't know what else it could be. If I choose to manually arrange friendlies for my reserves/u19s through the calendar, there are teams that are willing to meet us, so that's definitely not the problem. Please have a look into this (or tell me if I'm doing anything wrong).
Just for context I'm managing a professional Swedish team in the 2nd tier in the first season.
Steps To Reproduce:
In staff responsibilities, go to "Match", tick the box that says "Team manager attanges friendly matches" for your reserve or youth team and set the dropdown below to "Arrange a friendly if no fixture during the week". Advance a few days/weeks and check the fixtures
