First Choice Player Wants More Play Time

Do you have a save file we could investigate from, ideally before the unhappiness generates?

 

I have had the same issue across many playthroughs especially in england where im in every competition with 2-3 games a week. so i rotate dont play them when they are tired, they have the actual playtime they ask for and they always get worried and eventually ask to leave here is an example
