Playing as Sporting CP, and part of the club vision is "sign players under 23 for the first team."
I made 2 transfers in the first window, one player aged 22, the other aged 27. The board is disappointed that I'm not meeting the vision. I'm not sure that this is a bug per se, but seems like the board would wait until after a couple transfer windows to judge this. A copy of my savegame has been uploaded to the SI cloud.
