Recently a new bug has occurred during some matches. I attempt to make a substitution, but instead of putting in the fresh player, the tired player remains in the match and a duplicate of the tired player replaces the intended substitute on the bench.
In the most recent occurrence, I attempted to substitute for a slightly injured player and a tired player at the same time. The bug happened and both remained in the match while duplicates replaced players on the bench. Then another player tired and my assistant manager suggested bringing on one of the bench players who had already been replaced by the injured duplicate.
This bug only happens sometimes, not with every substitution. It has only been a recent problem, so maybe the bug was introduced in an update?
